Added the feeling of expectation of something Novel (interesting) to the triggering stimulus that results in something Novel or Interesting.

Tried it on a 4 location grid with Up, Down, Left & Right Responses.

Dec 17th – fixed some bugs when environment not deterministic but this still gets same result  - AllowBoth = False
