Dynamic 2 state environment, A/B & C/D, b goes to second state, a goes to 1st state. Now showing permanent status of stimulus using a lowercase feeling letter.

Makes 18 permanent because 7 was not in LTM at 29 when 18 recalled. Otherwise it would be trying at 28 to repeat 18 b expecting a 7 result. I decided the triggering stimulus for an R-Habit needs to be put in LTM as soon as it triggers / starts the R-Habit.
