3 states (A, B & C) plus a novel one whenever any response done in state C. Responses a, b, and c. A b in A goes to B, A c in B goes to C.

Without thinking on it tries all possibles at A and B and then waits for double A’s and double B’s etc. But it continues to use response a in State C to get the novel resulting stimulus.
