Adaptron Test Run-1, 27th October 2004

A good example of where the latest input/stimulus causes the current S-habit to fail but it also matches the internals of that S-habit which gets stored after recall is done. Thus the match of C at 11 with the one at 9 does not take place because the C & A at 9 & 10 are not in LTM yet when C at 11 occurs. Thus the C & A at 11 & 12 get repeated in LTM.

But is this a problem? The next CA will match at 9 and at 11! See the following screens. A possible solution is to store in LTM the context normally found as the 0 entry on the habit stack. But this will have to be backed out as appropriate when something recognized.

Here is what happens when we continue with some more C & As.  Get the 1st match with 11 but then habitualizes on 9.

And another example – but here the third C&A at 13 still has the 2nd C&A in context of the current S-habit and so does not match with 11 first and habituate on 9 as in the previous example.
