This is test case #8 with no additional old / replaced R-Habits being put on habit list as subconscious habits just in case they match. Notice that habit 4 –5 is not on the list.

If additional old/replaced R-Habits are put on habit list then this is what happens. At 16 habit 4 is done rather than trying to do the most recent one which would have been 13 (expecting a C). This when get A at 18 most recent R-Habit at 16 has been learnt and it tries the next response (b) reflexively.
