With Kinesthetics turned on and with A and a familiar when Aa is stored it now recognizes the repetition and responds reflexively. But here it has Ab as input. A is familiar and similar, b is novel and Ab is novel. Should it pay attention to the novel Ab or just the b because that is what has changed?
