Test case #14 - It gets punished with an X after each move Up from B and it now reacts with a reflexive response to being punished. But the pain stimulus X never becomes permanent so it will repeat the 4 responses and 1 listen cycle forever in response to pain. It has no fear / expectation of pain yet.
