Adaptron Test Run-1, 24th Mar 2004
Inputstream #1 pretty random and 2 responses possible.
During responsive section it had received an A, B and C in response to doing an a after trigger stimulus A (see positions 9, 11, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24 ) At 19 it did an a and got a C just like it did at 9 but it did the a expecting a B (executing at 17). Since it does not match past R-Habits with ones that have unexpected results it is doomed to keep trying responses that may never repeat the result due to the random nature of the resulting stimulus. Sounds like gambling – just on the chance that the result may occur again. Is it possible we need thinking to overcome this situation?
