Research involves:
- Scoping requirements
- Observing, reading, listening and experiencing
- Extracting principles from phenomena
- Inventing theories and ideas
- Analyzing and designing solutions
- Testing and proving them in software
It is practically impossible to get it right the first time.
It is rare or just plain luck that you get it right the second time.
The third or subsequent times you might get it right.
