Adaptron Test Run-3 9th Nov, 2004

A is stored before 1 at location 10 so A1 will be recognize as 3 A’s, but the B that has just become permanent has not been stored in LTM, rather an S-Habit at 3 has been started to recognize a pair of B’s and thus we will not get 3 B’s recognized as an S-Habit later.

But the other problem is as documented on Sept 18th, 2004 - should only store an A when A goes permanent followed by another A. If A goes permanent and is followed by B then don't store the A because might have to recognize it as AB. So in the situation below we don’t store the B in LTM because it may be followed by an A instead of another B. (see below)

Started at location 1 with a B and B has become permanent so now it is expecting an A or a B and the B has not been stored in LTM.

Here it gets a B as a repeat and it recognizes the S-Habit at 4 as novel. It would be nice if it stored only the B context and started a new S-Habit from the repeated B.

Here it gets an A as the next stimulus and it recognizes the S-Habit at 1 as novel which is desirable.
