Adaptron Test Run – 1 - Date: 23rd July 2012

At this point 16 will attract attention because of it's novelty and unexpected occurrence (SeqInt =1).  The A-Habit worth redoing with 18 as the trigger will not be practiced however the expectations of the next stimuli will include 14 from this A-habit. This is inconsistent. If 14 is to be expected then the A-Habit on 18 should be practiced rather than what actually happens is that 16 is attended to and found to be boring (no A-Habits) and a reflexive response is done for it.

Should we also start the A-habit on 18 because it performs the same response? Or should a novel stimulus always come with a repeater functionality such that after it has just occurred it will be in the expected state (SeqInt = -1) so if it repeats it does not become unexpected?
